Privacy policy

We collect only what we need to schedule and complete a repair:

• Booking form: your name, phone number, ZIP code, street address and the description of the problem you type in.
• Phone calls: your phone number and what you tell us about the job.
• On the job: notes about the appliance or system, the written estimate, the work done and the warranty.

This website has no customer accounts or logins. The booking form is the only place on it that asks for personal details.

When you submit the form, its contents are sent through Web3Forms, a form-delivery service, which passes them on to our business email. Web3Forms handles that submission under its own privacy policy. We use form submissions only to contact you about the repair you asked for.

We use your details to call you back, confirm a time window, find your address, prepare parts for the repair, write your estimate, and honor the warranty if the problem returns. We may contact you later about that same job. We don't sell, rent or trade your information, and we don't add you to a mailing list.

Inside the company, only the people who need it to do the job. Outside the company, your information passes through the services that make contact possible, namely our phone carrier and Web3Forms. We share it with anyone else only when the law requires it, for example in response to a valid legal request.

We keep job records, including the estimate and warranty details, for as long as we need them to stand behind the repair and to meet business record-keeping rules. Form requests and call notes that never became a job are deleted once they're no longer useful. We look after what we keep with reasonable care, though no email, phone or internet service can be made perfectly secure.

You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, apart from records we're required to keep.
