Refrigerator repair
If the milk is warm but the ice cream is solid, the evaporator fan or the defrost system is the usual suspect. We fix French-door, side-by-side, built-in and Sub-Zero refrigerators, including sealed-system and compressor work.

If the milk is warm but the ice cream is solid, the evaporator fan or the defrost system is the usual suspect. We fix French-door, side-by-side, built-in and Sub-Zero refrigerators, including sealed-system and compressor work.
Front-load and top-load washers that won't drain, won't spin, leak at the door boot or throw a lock error. Drain pumps, lid switches, suspension, belts and control boards; worn tub bearings we confirm but do not replace.
Heat failures on electric dryers usually trace to the element or a blown thermal fuse; on gas models, to the igniter or valve coils. We also replace rollers and belts and clean clogged vents.
Gas ranges whose oven takes ages to light, electric bake elements with a visible break, cooktop burners that won't click, and ovens running hot or cold. Freestanding ranges, wall ovens and cooktops.
When a dishwasher leaves water behind, the drain pump or a clogged filter is usually to blame. We replace pumps, inlet valves, door latches, heating elements and boards on Bosch, Whirlpool, KitchenAid and more.
Most stalled ice makers have a water problem rather than a broken mechanism: a frozen fill tube, a weak fill valve or a starved filter. We sort out the water side first, then the module.
Repair and installation for central air conditioners and heat pumps, from a swollen capacitor or burnt contactor to leaks, reversing valves and compressors. New systems come with equipment and installation in one written price.
Gas furnaces that try to light and quit, electric furnaces with dead heat strips or sequencers, blowers that hum but won't turn. When replacement is the better call, we quote it in writing.
Single-zone ductless installs for bedrooms, additions and homes on baseboard heat, plus fan, board and leak repairs and deep cleaning. Multi-zone systems are quoted after a look at the house.
One visit to check the burner, flame sensor, capacitor, refrigerant pressures where needed, condensate line and thermostat. Tune-ups start from $149 and catch small wear before it turns into a no-heat call.
Restaurant and retail refrigeration: reach-ins, walk-in coolers and freezers, and sandwich prep tables. Gaskets, defrost controls, fan motors, leak repair and compressor replacement, with refrigerant work done by our own technicians.
Refrigerators and freezers make up a big share of our calls: French-door and side-by-side models, built-ins such as Sub-Zero, and LG units with linear compressors. We also repair washers, gas and electric dryers including Speed Queen, ranges, wall ovens and cooktops, dishwashers and ice makers. The vans carry the parts that fail most, such as igniters, inlet valves, door locks, start relays, drain pumps and thermal fuses, so a lot of jobs finish on the first visit.
Water here is very soft. The Everett supply that reaches most of south Snohomish County averages about 12.5 ppm hardness, and the Tolt water serving north Seattle and much of north King County runs near 1.2 to 1.4 grains per gallon. Mineral scale is rarely what ends a dishwasher or ice maker in this area; worn parts, damp air and lint are the usual causes.
On the HVAC side we repair gas and electric furnaces, central air conditioners and heat pumps, and install new ones when repair no longer makes sense. Ductless mini-splits get the full treatment: installs, repairs and deep cleaning of the indoor heads. Our own technicians handle refrigerant on sealed systems, AC, heat pumps and mini-splits under EPA Section 608 rules, so that work never gets handed to an outside crew. For installs, the site visit and written quote cost nothing, and we look up which heat pump programs or rebates your electric utility offers.
Restaurants, cafés and corner stores call us for reach-in coolers, walk-in boxes and prep tables. And tune-ups from $149 keep a furnace or heat pump from quitting on the first cold night of the season.
Yes. Built-in refrigerators, Sub-Zero included, are a regular part of our week, as are French-door models and LG units with linear compressors. Built-ins take longer to pull out and inspect, which shows in the written price, but the diagnosis follows the same order: airflow, defrost, controls, and only then the sealed system.
Yes, and the second one costs less to diagnose: $10 off its diagnostic when it's looked at on the same visit. Mention both when you book so the technician loads parts for each. You'll get a separate written price for every repair and can decide on each one by itself.
Both. We repair gas and electric furnaces, central air and heat pumps, and we replace them when the numbers point that way. For a replacement, the site visit and the written quote cost nothing, and the quoted price covers the equipment and the installation together, so there's one figure to weigh.
Yes. Commercial refrigeration is part of our regular work: reach-in coolers and freezers, walk-in boxes and prep tables. The usual calls are torn door gaskets, iced-over evaporators, failed fan motors and slow leaks. Refrigerant repairs on that equipment are done by our own technicians under EPA Section 608 rules.
